MWHR welcomed Molly to the farm last Wednesday. Molly came to us from our friends at Feathered Friends Cockatoo and Horse Sanctuary in AL. Back in December, Feathered Friends saved Molly from a kill pen in LA. We have no history on Molly prior to her arrival at the kill pen so she is spending some time getting acquainted with her new home and then will be evaluated for training. We are still amazed to learn that Molly and Smoochie were born on the same day and year (8/23/2004) in the same holding facility in New Mexico. Needless to say, they have become fast friends.
